(Too soon?) The following list was suggested by Chi-Town native and Twitter friend Ted over at @FoodPorn. Shedd Aquarium.    A really funky exhibit being extended thru 2013 is JELLIES!, all about these boneless, brainless creatures which have survived the tests of time and predator. Take a stroll thru the exhibits and finish off with a visit to the Bubble Net for nosh. We promise Nemo isn’t on the menu!  More Info. Museum of Science Industry.  Up in the air, Junior Birdman! From the Life in Space? Exhibit and learning to live Green + Wired to Science Storms and blowing stuff up in Bangs, Flashes and Fire, you won’t be bored.  More Info. Art Institute of Chicago.  Get a little culture during your time in the windy city.  Continuing our theme of trying to educate and culture-ize you, the next stop has lots of wacky and wonderful to fill your brain. We’re all working stiffs, right, buried at our desks full of paper? So why not take in the expanded gallery collection of paperweights. That’s right, more than 800 beautiful glass and metal globes of mundane office décor. More Info. Millenium Park .    Music, theater, splashing in the Crown Fountain… What’s not to love about this lovely piece of greenspace in the middle of the hustle and bustle? Oops, you caught us stuffing our faces with Cracker Jacks and participating in the great American pastime. Take a tour of this historic park and be sure to get a pic of yourself standing under the iconic sign. Make your friends jealous. More Info. Untouchables Tour.    Get a little gangster at the HR Technology Conference!  Every city has a past and Chicago has one of the most colorful. Gangland shootouts, brothels and gambling dens of yesteryear are all fodder for this unique tour. Let us know if you see Capone. He still owes us money. More Info. Gibsons Steak House.    Much acclaimed for its enormous lobster tails and succulent steaks, this famous bar offers the best of the best in Chi-Town. Everyone who was anyone can be seen throughout the restaurant; the walls are decorated with autographed pics of the rich and famous, from politicians and athletes to silver screen actors and rock stars. More Info. Willis (Sears Tower) Skydeck.  If you’re scared of heights, take some Dramamine and suck it up before stepping out over the clear glass deck more than 1,300 feet over the streets. That’s 103 floors up. It’s an experience unlike any other, especially at night. More Info. Comedy at Second City.   Burn off some calories (after consuming the Chicago dogs and Gibson’s steak its not a bad idea) and have a few belly laughs at this awesome comedy club and school of improvisation.
